Please provide the listing, as you want it read, with general information: * Name of the Event * Contact * Date/Deadline
There is no charge to post on the hotline. Listings must be received by 9 a.m. EST on Mondays to be included on that week's update. (9 a.m. Tuesday if Monday is a holiday.) |

Does the PFO offer internships? |

Yes, unpaid internships are offered every semester. You must be a full-time college student receiving credit and should be able to give two or three days totaling 15 hours to the office. Duties include administrative projects, maintaining locations photo files, researching trade publications and helping the office update files for the southwestern Pennsylvania region.
Deadlines for applying: * Fall Term: August 15 * Spring Term: December 16 * Summer Term: May 1

The PFO does not arrange film set internships. However, if a production is filming, there is a possibility that the production company will offer internships.

For information on filming at one of our many state-owned and fee-free locations, please call our office at 412-261-2744 and we would be happy to assist you in explaining the requirements and processes for the various properties throughout Southwestern Pennsylvania. |

How can I get my house/property considered for location shoots? |

The PFO houses an extensive library of more than 20,000 location files that are accessed by filmmakers across the country interested in Southwestern Pennsylvania. If you wish to have your house or property included in our library, please send several 4x6 color photos of the property with written descriptions and information on who to contact on the back of each photo.
