2008 SHORT FILM COMPETITION
Every year, the Festival sets aside time for a Competitive Shorts Program. The 2008 submission guidelines are available online. Also new this year, 3RFF accepted submissions through www.withoutabox.com.
The Three Rivers Film Festival is a program of
Pittsburgh Filmmakers. Pittsburgh Filmmakers offers membership, access, education and exhibition programs in media arts. Three Rivers Film Festival is a
Pennsylvania Festival.
The submission deadline for consideration in this year's shorts program is August 29, 2008. There are 2 easy ways to enter your submission to the Three Rivers Film Festival Shorts Program:
1. Download the 2008 entry form and send it along with your submission tape/DVD and entry fee to:

Shorts Submission Guidelines:
- All works must be 25 minutes or less
- Maximum 3 entries per applicant
- A fee of $25 per application applies. If you have exhibited at the Three Rivers Film Festival in the past 4 years, this fee is waived.
