The vibe felt fresher than last year’s, as though party efforts had been ramped up to meet the excitement of how the film industry in Pittsburgh is booming.

The Greater Erie Film Office, a program of the Film Society of Northwestern Pennsylvania (FSNWPA), a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, is
proud to debut its short screenwriting and filmmaking competition, in partnership with the Alzheimer’s Association – Greater Pennsylvania Chapter. The competition will be open to all residents of Pennsylvania. The theme will be memory and/or dementia.
