After nine years in the same spot, the Pittsburgh Film Office has a new address.

In the last week, the film office moved from its previous space in the Century Building in the Cultural District to the Henry W. Oliver Building on Smithfield Street.

Dawn Keezer, director of the Pittsburgh Film Office, said the landlord needed the space in its former building, necessitating the move.

The Pittsburgh Film Office has leased 2,700 square feet in its new building after operating out of 1,400 previously.

“It’s beautiful being in one of the historic buildings of Pittsburgh,” she said.
