Did you know that since 1990, the film industry has generated more than $1.2 billion in southwestern Pennsylvania? The Film Office plays a major role in this by working to bring film production to the region and assisting productions while they are here.  In fact, for every $1 invested in the Pittsburgh Film Office in public funds, more than $223 is generated in new spending in our region. By joining Friends of the Film Office (FOFO), you can help raise awareness of the need for an active film industry in the Pittsburgh area. Contributions sustain the efforts to sell this region as a great place to produce movies and television.
